Best Practice: Assessing Requests for Reasonable Accommodations to Keep Animals in Housing
Based on HUD’s Assistance Animal Notice FHEO-2020-01, issued in January, 2020, this training provides best practices for housing providers tasked with evaluating and processing reasonable accommodation requests for service and assistance animals. Learn about documentation for non-observable disabilities, internet certifications, “unique” animals, and more.
